GOLFER REGISTRATION 2012

Thank you for registering for the 2012 Big Ed’s Memorial Golf Tournament

This is our first year for online registration. If you have any questions give us a call 865-463-6888 . (A service fee will be added for credit card payment)

It is important you include the name of every golfer on your team when paying for 4 players.

If you are playing with a team but only paying for a single player please put a note who else will be playing with you on the registration form so we will be sure we list you together.

If paying online you must also complete the registration form.

FOR GOLF REGISTRATION ONLY . Payment may be mailed to CMS or paid by credit card (online only). If you wish to pay online, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page after registration

Credit Card Instructions:

You DO NOT need a paypal account to use this option. On the first screen it will say do you have a paypal account. If you do not, it asks if you would register as a guest .THIS IS NOT creating a paypal account . You enter your information ( as it appears on your credit card billing) and the next screen let’s you select which credit card you would like to use and you enter your credit card information just like you do with any online transaction.
